I ran stock Brembo pads for several thousand miles. They are by for the best pads for overall braking, but they make your wheels filthy. I don’t track or race my car, and switched to the Powerstops’. The Powerstop pads have a minimal amount of dust and stop great. Just be sure you turn your rotors. My first pair I didn’t turn rotors and had shuddering with hard braking. After purchasing new SP Performance rotors and new pads, I now have perfectly smooth and solid braking. Don’t take shortcuts. After 50 years of wrenching, I knew I should of had rotors turned or replaced. The drilled and slotted rotors with the Powerstop pads are fantastic!

I was obsessed with cleaning the front wheels, drove me crazy - no more! No issues with braking quality - if anything they're a little more touchy at times at lower speed than I'm used to within the first couple of hundred miles I have on them but no fading - I'm not using the car on track days, etc. NOTE - I originally used the new clips that came with the pads and there was a noticeable rubbing noise in both wheels when done. Some internet digging later - learned that you CANNOT use the clips that come with the pads, they don't fit correctly and caused the rubbing noise I was hearing from both inside and outside the car when spinning the wheels off the ground. Replaced with the original Brembo clips and the noise was gone - PERFECT. Love 'em, gave a full five stars across the board despite the clips issue.
